Are you a confident communicator with a passion for closing deals and building strong customer relationships? Join our growing team as a Sales Representative specializing in waterproofing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and secure new clients through cold calls, site visits, and referrals
• Conduct site assessments and provide accurate quotations
• Educate clients on waterproofing systems and solutions
• Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, property managers, and homeowners, professional such as Engineers and Architects
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project ex*****on

✅ Requirements
• Previous experience in construction, roofing, waterproofing, or related sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Ability to read building plans and understand structural challenges is a plus
• Familiarity with waterproofing systems, coatings, or membranes is advantageous
