👶 THE HUTZ FAMILY IS GROWING! 💙

It seems there was something in the water at Hutz Medical… 😄

Over three consecutive months, June, July and August, three members of our Hutz team became proud new dads!

🍼 June – Sipho welcomed baby Bubone
🍼 July – Brendan welcomed baby Tyrique
🍼 August – Aldrid welcomed baby Caius

While we’re normally celebrating new projects, installations and milestones, this time we’re celebrating something a little more special, the arrival of the next generation of the Hutz family! ❤️

For decades, Hutz has been built by people, families and generations. And now, it seems the next generation is arriving three at a time! 😄

Who knows… perhaps somewhere in these three little bundles is a future Hutz engineer, product specialist or even CEO! For now, though, we’ll let them concentrate on the important stuff - eating, sleeping and keeping their new dads awake. 🍼😂

Keeping Healthcare Equipment at Peak Performance

Last week our Product Manager, Thomas Lehmann, had the opportunity to carry out the annual preventative maintenance service on our hospital beds and theatre tables at Mveledzo Day Hospital.

It was a pleasure to see how well the equipment has been maintained by the hospital team. Thanks to their commitment to routine care, every hospital bed and theatre table inspected was functioning perfectly.

Preventative maintenance is about far more than servicing equipment—it's about ensuring patient safety, supporting clinical staff, reducing unexpected downtime, and maximising the lifespan of valuable healthcare assets.

Congratulations to the management and maintenance team at Mveledzo Day Hospital for maintaining such a high standard throughout the facility. It is always rewarding to see equipment continuing to perform as intended because of proper care and maintenance.

Paediatric Ward Installation | Abuja, Nigeria

We're proud to announce the successful installation of our HU19 Vertical Floor-to-Ceiling Bedhead Units in the Paediatric Ward at Nisa International Medical Centre, Nigeria.

The HU19 is the ideal solution for healthcare environments where conventional horizontal bedhead units simply aren't practical. Whether it's curved walls, large windows, or other architectural challenges, the HU19 provides a clean, efficient, and modern alternative without compromising functionality.

For this paediatric installation, we customised each unit with bespoke vinyl artwork, helping to create a brighter, more welcoming, and child-friendly environment while seamlessly integrating the medical infrastructure into the ward's overall design.

Designed to maximise available space while delivering essential medical gases, electrical outlets, and data services, the HU19 combines flexibility, reliability, and exceptional patient care in one innovative solution.

We're proud to have partnered with Danhodi Engineering and Nisa International Medical Centre on this project and look forward to continuing to support healthcare facilities across Africa with innovative medical infrastructure solutions.
