Today, I find myself reflecting on a journey that began back in 2014 when I joined Modular Assembly Technology as a receptionist.
I never imagined where that first opportunity would lead. Through hard work, perseverance, patience, and a willingness to keep learning and reflecting on myself, I progressed from Receptionist to Admin, then Office Manager, Manager and today, General Manager.
This journey hasn't been mine alone. I have been incredibly fortunate to have a phenomenal support system, people who believed in me, challenged me, encouraged me and gave me opportunities to grow. For that, I am truly grateful.
Working as a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry has come with its own challenges, but it has also shown me that dedication, resilience, and a positive attitude speak louder than stereotypes. Growth doesn't happen overnight and success isn't about
where you start, it's about being willing to keep showing up, learning and giving your best.
To anyone starting at the bottom or doubting what's possible, don't underestimate where hard work, patience and consistency can take you. Every role teaches you something valuable and every step prepares you for the next.
