We are currently busy manufacturing these production floor workstation benches for our client in Coega IDZ, involved in the packaging industry.

We've been tasked in producing 15 of these stations, standing at 2.0m wide, 1940mm high and 750mm in breadth.

They are being powder coated, and lastly we fit the 18mm Supa Laminated wood tops.

6 have been collected by our client, while we await the other to be completed at the powder coaters.

A client from Francis Evatt Park / Gamtoos, needed new guide posts manufactured for his boat trailer 🚤

With these he needed extra standing platforms made-up.

We encorporated the platforms to be part of the guide posts. We attached them to the mudgauard brackets on the opposite end......

And BOB's your uncle 🫡

The new parts were hot dip galvanised and will be fitted in due course 💪🏻

We also added height adjusting pre-galv sq tubes to his mudguard brackets. To lift the mudguards by 38mm. We also gave it a slight offset adjustment in width 👌🏼

We also re-enforced the mudguards by adding stainless steel plates to the insides.

Last week we repaired & redurbished this built-in MegaMaster braai for our client in Cotswold.

We cut out a LARGE part of the rear wall, and the top angled distance piece. We also removed the LH grid runners and replaced all these parts. The ember maker also received new bottom slats and rear wall.

The doors also received a well earned makeover.

The braai was rounded off with 3 new coats of High Heat Matt Black. We added new galv chain stays to complete the job.....

Our assistance was needed with the drainage of rain water from a overflowing down pipe at Nelson Mandela University.

The overflow caused damage to the internal structure and needed immediate action.

We made a 50mm x 50mm cut-out to fit a SQ tube shoe to act as an additional water outlet for when excessive rains fall.

The client will paint the shoe to match the downpipe. 🫡

We received the task to manufacture a 5.6m long x 700mm wide x 800mm high table frame for a slate top slab.

Manufactured it from 25mm sq tube with sufficient support posts.

Spray painted Matt Black & fitted with adjustable foot screws.

Our client in Linkside can now easily seat 10 guests 😋
