A new client in Mill Park needed urgent repairs done to her w/line T-post.

We removed the rusted off post, extended the post - gave it a paint makeover, and concreted it into place. We also treated the adjacent post to a makeover 🤪

At the same time they needed a new bottom pan for their braai insert.

The old one was a GONNER ☠️

With our clients in the packaging industry in Goega IDZ needing a operator platform for a new glueing machine, we manufactured & installed this 3.5m x 1.7m double platform.

Bolted directly to the machine, sitting on heavy duty castors, since the machine moves forward and in reverse. 👌🏼

Another client of ours in the property investment industry, needed a new gate manufactured for a shipping warehouse yard in Markman.

The previous one being badly rusted and damaged by the recent storms, we gladly manufactured this 7m long x 2.5m high Hot dip galvanised BEAST 💪🏻

One of our more reugular clients needed some "finishing" work done to her outside seating area.

We had to do some alterations to get a ballustrade to fit the curvature of the tiled floor edge.

Esto presto chango...🤣

We then had the ballustrade sandblasted & Powder coated before fitment. 🫡

We then also manufactured a water tower cooler container stand and extrerior stairwell cavity door.

A client in Lorainne had a water leak issue coming from his old & weathered cowl.

We removed the rusted & ceased-up cowl and fitted a 350mm Chimney Champ with a 3.0mm Galvanised adaptor plate.

Sealed the edges off with 50mm Laykold tape. 💪🏻

Working in tandem with the team from Real Decking Company, we were tasked with the design & manufacture of all the steel parts for the fire pit, boundary wall panels, pedestrian gates and stationary wall sections for a client in Sardinia Bay Golf & Wildlife Estate.

All hot dipped post manufacture - then treated before spray painting Matt Black.
