A small project completed last week. Changing concrete roof tiles and replacing with 0.55 Zincal roof sheeting in new-rib profile and anchoring with class 4 tek screws, and this class of tek screw is very important as these tek screws are made from the same material as the Zincal roofing, as with conventional electroplated tek screws rust quickly causing cross contamination of rust to the Zincal roof sheets.

We just completed a new roof in Garlington Estate in Hilton, also solved a design problem on the flat roof by reverse cranking the flat roof sheets to meet the steep pitch overlap.

Our carports and awnings are maintenance free. This double carport extended to 7 meters long, fitted in Notties Kzn.
Framework is galv and epoxy coated. IBR is white on white Chromadek.

We install Zincalume roof sheeting on buildings that want to match surrounding galvanised roofing. Zincalume is the closest to a galvanised finish. Zincalume is one of the toughest steel products available. Its zinc, aluminium and silicon components make it exceptionally durable. Highly resistant to corrosion and scratching, this roofing material is not easily damaged. Its incredible toughness also gives it a long lifespan as opposed to galvanised roofing.

Double carport completed. Galvanised/Epoxy coated framework and white on white Chromadek sheeting and box gutter with trimmings. Maintenance free!
