Arising in times of need, Aqua Brothers was founded in December 2017 during one of Cape Town’s worst recorded droughts. Filled with a need to play their part in alleviating the pressures caused from the water crisis, the Van Heerden brothers started, what would become a leading bulk, desalination and potable water supply business in the Western Cape region.
The Aqua Brothers specialized in supplying ethically and legally sourced water in a sustainable manner to ensure no further damage is done to the planet in trying to solve the effects of the drought. While the brothers continue to take considerable steps in providing a leading alternative and sustainable source of water, this not the only goal for the dynamic duo.
Surrounded by a sea of knowledge, the AquaBrothers Desalination Plant in Velddrif, Western Cape follows a unique, desalination process which does not negatively impact the environment during the process. The desalinated water which is produced in the plant for bulk distribution to households, shops, and construction site accross the Western Cape Region.
