WE’RE HIRING | COUNTER SALESMAN

Nigel Fasteners & Supplies is looking for a Counter Salesman with strong product knowledge and excellent customer service skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with fasteners, tools & industrial products
• Identifying correct items based on customer requirements
• Preparing quotes, sales orders & invoices
• Upselling and offering suitable alternatives
• Liaising with stores & procurement to ensure stock availability
• Maintaining a neat, professional counter area

Minimum Requirements:
• Previous counter sales experience (hardware / fasteners / industrial environment preferred)
• Knowledge of fasteners, tools or construction products (advantageous)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude
