Is your generator currently not working?

We recently fixed a 25kVA silent diesel generator that was malfunctioning for one of our agricultural clients.
The client contacted us after the generator began tripping due to low voltage.

Our team discovered that the issue was due to two faulty armature windings in the alternator that were open circuit. The alternator was removed and thoroughly tested in our workshop. Based on the findings, we determined that the windings had internal damage and replaced the alternator unit entirely with a brand new one.

The client's generator is now fully functional, providing standby power as needed.
