Hire All is looking for an experienced Rammer Mechanic to join our team. If you have a passion for keeping rammers and compact plant equipment running at peak performance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Service, maintain and repair Rammer and hydraulic breakers and related attachments.
🔧 Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults.
🔧 Rebuild and overhaul ramming system, single cylinder engines, breakers, including seal kits, pistons, diaphragms and wear components.
🔧 Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections.
🔧 Test equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer and company standards.
🔧 Complete job cards and service reports accurately.
🔧 Assist with workshop housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.
🔧 Occasionally assist with repairs to other small and medium plant equipment.
Requirements:
✅ Proven experience repairing and servicing Rammers and hydraulic breakers.
✅ Strong hydraulic and mechanical fault-finding skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
✅ Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
