Dayuan FP400: Intelligent Constant Pressure Booster Pump

The Dayuan FP400 is a smart, permanent magnet shielded booster pump designed for residential water pressure problems. Built by Zhejiang Dayuan Pumps, it solves weak shower flow, inconsistent tap pressure, and heater start-up failures with automatic, variable-speed technology.

1. Silent Shielded Motor
The FP400 uses a fanless, seal-less permanent magnet motor. This design runs quietly (≤45 dB), eliminates leak paths, and lasts longer than traditional pumps.

With over 30 years of hydraulic expertise, DAYUAN introduces the DS Series Automatic Pump – a self-priming centrifugal pump integrated with an intelligent pressure control system. Designed for home water boosting, villa supply, solar heater pressurization, well water collection, and small industrial circulation, it delivers a truly hands-free experience: open a tap, the pump runs; close it, the pump stops.

1. Smart Pressure Control – Fully Automatic
The built-in pressure controller (DSK-1 type) senses line pressure. Open a faucet → pressure drops to cut-in value (e.g., 1.2/1.5 bar) → pump starts. Close all outlets → pressure rises to cut-out value → pump stops. No manual switching, no accidental dry running.

2. Strong Self-Priming – Fast Lift from Wells
The proven self-priming design holds a small amount of priming water. Upon startup, the impeller creates a gas-water mixture; the separator removes air and recirculates water, rapidly evacuating the suction line. Maximum suction lift: 8–9 meters (model-dependent). Ideal for deep wells or long horizontal lines.

3. High-Efficiency Copper Motor – Reliable & Energy-Saving
Powered by an IE3/IE4 copper-winding motor and optimized hydraulics, the DS Automatic delivers 8–12% higher efficiency than conventional pumps. Heavy-duty cast iron body with epoxy coating; silicon carbide mechanical seal for exceptional wear and leak resistance.

The pressure controller includes low-pressure (anti-dry-run) protection: if the pump runs without water for a set time, it automatically cuts power to prevent damage.
