Where needed, we can host clients domain’s and emails, making it easier for our clients to resolve any ISP problems, such as Mweb, Telkom etc.We deal with the problem, thereby minimizing the clients call time and allowing you the client to focus on your core business, while Connect I.T focuses on your I.T requirments. With Connect IT its only one phone call. Connect IT runs standard operating hours, but where necessary we can accommodate client’s needs, in order not to disturb the work flow. Arrangements can be made at the client’s discretion. The hardware supported is as follows: Intel, AMD, Gigabyte, Planet, Netgear, SMC, Sahara, Liteon, Samsung, LG, Toshiba, Hynix, Transcend, HP, Zyxel, Sony etc. We also support most makes of office printers. We have aligned ourselves with some of the country’s top supplier’s e.g.: Rectron, Sahara, Drive Control, Microsoft (partner), Platinum Micro, HP just to name a few. We hold the factory warranty for our clients, so the client does not have to take any of there equipment to the manufactures themselves. Our turn around on faults is normally between 4 – 6 hours, unless otherwise specified. If any hardware goes back to the manufacturer, the turn around on the problem is as specified by the manufacture. We control most of our contract clients remotely as to cut down call out time and minimize down time. All updates to servers e.g.: antivirus, windows updates, SQL updates and onsite backups can also be controlled remotely. With the new VOIP systems coming into place, we have a support center that controls VOIP systems right from the telephone to the PABX system itself, where the supporting company takes control.
