Internal /External Sales Representative (x2) – Nelspruit Office
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Purpose of the job
Identify and develop new business opportunities and increase business with existing customers.
Develop a strong rapport with key clients and continuously build trust, integrity, and confidence in the service being provided.
Monitor competitor activity and provide insight to management.
Experience and Qualifications required
Grade 12
Post Matric qualification in Sales, Marketing, or relevant qualifications.
Computer Literacy (Pastel experience an advantage)
Knowledge of water, irrigation, and plumbing equipment
At least 3 years proven experience working in a similar role.
Valid driver’s license.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to the following
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and future customers
Follow up on the successful resolution of customer problems and complaints
New business development
Building and maintaining customer relations.
Keep up to date and report on competitor activity with industry trends & development.
General sales administration
Plans and organizes trip schedules for effective route optimization.
Educate oneself with detailed knowledge of all competitive products
Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients.
Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
Identify Sales opportunities and seize them.
