Management Trainee Opportunity – AAA
Are you a motivated, young individual eager to kick-start your career in business management?
AAA is offering an exciting entry-level Management Trainee position designed for recent school-leavers who are passionate about learning and growing into a future leadership role.
We are looking for a dedicated young person whom we can personally mentor and train to eventually become a key member of our management team.
Key Requirements:
Male applicants only
Age between 18 and 21 years
Recently completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn
Willingness to commit to an initial structured training phase *(unpaid)* of undetermined duration, during which you will receive hands-on experience, guidance, and skill development across various aspects of the business
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to progress into a paid management position based on performance, attitude, and business needs.
