Chevrolet Spark | Misfire Diagnosed & Repaired

This Chevrolet Spark came in with an engine misfire.

After removing the intake and inspecting the ignition system, we found a broken No. 3 spark plug lead and a faulty ignition coil that was arcing between the plug-lead connections.

We replaced the faulty leads and ignition coil, and the misfire is now completely resolved.

Our service is commission-based, with the commission calculated as a percentage of the final selling price. Depending on the vehicle and work required, a fixed service fee may also apply and will be deducted from the final commission once the vehicle is sold.

Another Volkswagen Amarok 2.0 TDI back on the road!

Customer complaint: Coolant loss.

After stripping the timing cover, we found the cause, a leaking water pump.

We replaced the water pump with a new unit, reassembled the timing belt and covers to factory specification, and carried out final testing.

The Amarok started immediately and is running perfectly again.

If your vehicle is losing coolant, overheating, or showing any signs of a cooling system problem, don't wait until it becomes a major repair.

This Audi A3 1.8 TFSI came in with a coolant leak. After diagnosing the issue, we found the water pump had failed.

We replaced the water pump, refilled the cooling system with the correct antifreeze, bled the system, and carried out the necessary checks.

The vehicle is now running perfectly, with the cooling system operating as it should.

Another Motorcycle Back on the Road!

This Kawasaki ZZR400 arrived at GS Performance as a non-runner after standing for an extended period.

After a thorough diagnosis and recommissioning, we carried out the following:

Complete carburetor strip, clean and bench synchronization

New spark plugs

New fuel pump

New fuel filter

New air filter

Repaired leaking fuel tap

Repaired thermostat housing coolant leak

Cooling system refill and bleed

Full road test and final inspection

The result? The bike now starts instantly, idles smoothly, revs cleanly to 13,000 RPM, and has been road tested with no fuel, oil or coolant leaks.
