Remote Support When You Need Technical Assistance ⚙️

A plant problem does not always require an engineer to be physically on site before troubleshooting can begin.

Some machines are fitted with software that allows Facet Engineering to provide remote technical support and assist with identifying faults through the machine system.

For situations where seeing the equipment is important, WhatsApp Video Call can also be used.

A plant operator can use a video call to show the Facet engineering team the machine, control panel, components or area where the problem has occurred. This gives the team a clearer view of the situation and helps with remote troubleshooting.
