Tuiniqua Consulting Engineers was established early in 2001 with the main objective to supply consulting engineering services to Local, Provincial and National Government as well as private clients in the Southern Cape and Karoo regions. With our 12 staff members spread evenly across our 4 offices in George, Knysna, Oudtshoorn and Plettenberg Bay, we are small enough to offer fast and efficient se

rvice, but large enough to handle larger projects. We are an integrated group of highly trained engineers and project managers providing cost effective solutions and specialist services in a wide range of disciplines. Our consulting, design and management approach allows us to develop projects in a holistic way to meet the needs of our clients. The offices are managed locally and are linked by computer networks allowing the easy transfer of documents and drawings. This allows us to provide a rapid and positive response to special needs in any office. Our human resources policy is aimed at maintaining and developing our staff through in-house training and further external education. Our empowerment strategy is based on training, developing and eventually transferring ownership to local engineers.
