2 Different clients 💪

1st Weigher is programmed for 10 kg , 12,5 kg , 25 Kg , 50 kg & 2 tips 40 Kg for 80 Kg bags Maize Meal.

2nd Weiger is programmed for 25 kg , 50 kg & 2 tips 40 kg for 80 Kg Maize Meal. ( This is the 9th packing machine for our client )

Successfully migrated the Fanuc robot from the legacy program to the Pallet Tool 3 software.

All three recipes were completed within a single day, significantly streamlining the process.

Operations are currently yielding nearly eight bags per minute at 50% of rated capacity. We plan to increase this to 90% tomorrow.
