Determining the root cause of broken down machines brought in for repairs are expedited because of Andrè’s many years’ knowledge and experience in the industry. We service and repair not only our locally manufactured airless pumps but are able to service and repair most market leading spray machines from brands like Larius, Wagner, Sinear, Taiver and Airlessco. Our standard service on Capri Airless Pumps includes:
• Gun, paint hose & suction tube check.
• Standard replacement of Filters (gun & manifold).
• Standard replacement of Packing’s.
• +/- 1 Hour spraying on full pressure to establish 100% functioning of pump.
• Total strip down, re-spray and rebuild
. Our standard service on Electric Diaphragm Airless Pumps includes:
• Motor & pump check/wet end.
• Hydraulic oil change.
• Standard replacement of Filters (gun & manifold).
• Standard replacement of Packing’s.
• Intake and exhaust valve checked or replaced.
• +/- 1 Hour spraying on full pressure to establish 100% functioning of pump.
• Accessible drive gears greased.
• General clean down.
