▪ Casa La Huerta – Alboraya, España ▪

Una arquitectura global, fluida y creativa levantaron los cimientos de este proyecto unifamiliar en Alboraya (Valencia). Construida por Ramón Esteve Estudio, la planta geométrica de esta vivienda de 665 m2, se vislumbra desde el exterior como un cubo cerrado. Mientras, la parte superior de la vivienda aprovecha al máximo la luz y ofrece vistas directas a los huertos de chufa que se sitúan justo enfrente.

Cirilo Amorós: a penthouse that recovers its original value and projects it into the present

The intervention is based on a clear premise: to respect the existing architecture and reorganize it to reveal its full potential. The irregular layout becomes an opportunity, shaping spaces where classical references coexist with contemporary decisions.

The living room, with its vaulted geometry and its opening onto the terrace, defines the character of the whole. The kitchen introduces a contemporary gesture that contrasts with the pre-existing elements, reinforcing the identity of the project.
