is constantly evolving both methodically and technologically. It's evolution primarily driven by quality requirement of its application across different sectors food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, energy etc.

Africa's , , , and industries are scaling up fast to meet growing demand. Its scaling requires an estimated 50,000 pressure welders to deliver over 500,000 orbital welds from , through , to between 2025-2032 only.

Orbital welding applies across stainless steel , carbon steel.and other special alloys. A 3.5x faster than manual delivery feature, ensures that project meet highest quality requirements and delivered faster for ROI.

is when isolated progress advances into systemic progress. This best describes the establishment of TWF Orbital Technology Hub powered by (S.F.E.) Group in Nigeria to aid and sustain quality practices and products in Nigeria's processing industry, energy, pharmaceutical and related sectors.

Beyond , africa has a huge food industry sector worth hundred of millions of dollars, and growing. Unfortunately, the full value range is yet to be harnessed. TWF in collaboration Standards Organisation of Nigeria, Apapa of Nigeria thus hosted an awareness workshop on Enhancing Safety and Efficiency Concerns In Plants through Welding.

Presentations and discussions highlighted
Chemo- environmental features of food process plants, high quality requirements for welding in the food industry, food contamination linked to poor welds, and edge of technology in achieving such stringent quality benchmark. This was followed by physical demonstrations of orbital activities, and inspection of output by specialists.

Most importantly discussions reviewed angles to stiring deeper level value retention in the full opportunities chain in food processing.

The formalisation of a relationship between TWF and SFE, opens a table of collaboration for many member countries on growing African content values capture in industry.
