With reference to our philosophy that golf should be accessible to a broader spectrum of role players in the industry, GLA has been structure not be top heavy, subsequently providing the opportunity to most developers for a cost effective and economical solution to their golf development requirements. Capital expenditure has to be realistically justifiable within any business and the same is true with regard to design fees relating to Golf Course Architecture/Design. It is with this approach that we consider the status and requirements of each client and structure an agreement that will be mutually beneficial to both parties in the execution and achievement of their respective objectives. During construction, we are intimately involved and personally present to ensure that our clients interests are protected and that the work is executed according to our specifications. Throughout the whole project we oversee and ensure that all golf related scope of works are executed within budget and on schedule, ensuring maximum possible return on our client’s investment.
