Job vacancy: Junior Parts Salesperson

Job description
We are looking for a junior parts salesperson to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Engage with customers (repair shops, dealerships, and mechanics) to understand their needs for automotive spare parts.
Provide accurate product information, recommend suitable products, and generate sales quotes.
Assist with the order process, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, availability, pricing, and order status.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a good understanding of the automotive spare parts catalog and their applications in different vehicle models.
Stay updated on new product offerings, trends, and competitor products in the market.
Administrative Support:
Maintained accurate customer records and orders.
Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring product availability for orders.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
Support the sales team in achieving set targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Track and report on personal performance and progress toward sales goals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on potential sales leads and ensure the resolution of any customer issues.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Assist senior sales staff with marketing, promotions, and other sales-related activities.
Qualifications:
Mayrix or equivalent.
Basic understanding of car parts and the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills.
A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with automotive spares and their functions.
