What gets you a same-day answer:

The file — DXF or DWG if you have it, PDF if you don't.
The grade and the thickness.
The quantity.
The finished part you need, not just the profile.

Most people know us for plate. Fewer know we cut tube.

CNC tube and profile laser cutting — round, square and rectangular hollow sections. Clean cuts, holes and copes done on the machine instead of marked out and hacked in on site.

While we're at it, the things nobody thinks to ask about but that keep a job from needing a second supplier:

Guillotine and saw cutting.
CNC machining.
Edge milling and chamfering.
Drilling and routing.

That's the actual argument for one supplier. Not that we cut steel — plenty of people cut steel. It's that the secondary operations don't send your part across town and back before it's finished.

If your drawing has hollow section on it, send it through.

Test certificates come with certified material as standard here. Not on request, not as an extra line on the invoice — with the steel.

Need more than that? Full data packs when you ask for them.

It sounds like an admin detail. It isn't. Procurement in mining, structural and defence often can't sign off a supplier at all without that documentation, and "we'll send it through later" is how a delivered order sits on site unusable.

Traceable material, documented as it ships, backed by an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

Six press brakes on one floor. That's the whole point of this post.

A 600-ton Bystronic and a 500-ton LVD for heavy plate and long bends — 16 mm over a full 6 metres, in one pass. Then a 300, a 200, a 135 and a 120-ton TruBend for everything smaller.

Why it matters: a small bracket on a 600-ton machine is a waste of your money, and a 6 m fold on an undersized brake becomes two bends with a join in the middle. Having six means your part goes on the right one.

Most shops can bend your thickness. Far fewer can bend it in one pass at full length.

One thing worth doing before you finalise a drawing — fl**ge length, bend radius and grade all interact, and a bend that works on paper doesn't always work in steel. Send it through first. We'll tell you if it needs to change while changing it is still free.
