Electra Mining Africa 2026 is officially behind us, and what an incredible experience it was for the FB Crane Builders & Repairs team!
Our stand was buzzing throughout the show as we had the opportunity to showcase our crane manufacturing, repairs, servicing, lifting solutions and 24/7 breakdown support, while connecting with clients, industry professionals and businesses from across the mining and engineering sectors.
One of the biggest highlights for us was the launch of our new A-tec System!
We were excited to introduce visitors to a new way of managing crane and lifting equipment service reports, load test certificates, equipment information and safety files — all at a glance. With A-tec, we’re taking another step towards making equipment information more accessible, organised and digital, helping our customers keep track of their lifting equipment and compliance requirements more efficiently.
And, of course, there was plenty of fun at the FB Crane Builders & Repairs stand too!
Our Golden Claw Giveaway was a huge hit, with visitors putting their skills to the test for the chance to win some fantastic prizes. But while the giveaways brought plenty of excitement, the people and conversations were the real highlight of the show.
We had the opportunity to meet so many new faces, reconnect with existing customers, build new relationships and learn more about the challenges businesses are facing in the industry.
We’re incredibly excited about the new prospects, opportunities and connections that came out of Electra Mining, and our team is looking forward to following up on the many conversations we started during the show.
