As we celebrate World Day for Safety and Health at Work, the focus is on turning awareness into action. One way we do this is through a safety stand-down.

During the stand-down, work pauses completely, giving teams the space to focus solely on safety. It creates an opportunity to review risks, talk openly about near misses, and address unsafe conditions without pressure. These moments matter because they show that safety is a shared responsibility across the team.

Everyone deserves to go home safe.
