We are also a supplier of consumables such as wedges, barrels, bearing plates and anchors. We have 40 years knowledge and experience in the Mechanical and Civil Engineering industries. TESTING FOR SLIPPING, BREAKING AND CRACKING.

TEST EQUIPMENT:
JACK: RAM 100 JACK (RAM ARE OF 3060 SQUARE MM)
POWERPACK: 10CC HAND PUMP

TEST CRITERIA:
9MM STRAND BREAKING STRENGTH (LOW RELAXATION): 102kN
TESTED AT 75% OF BREAKING STRENGTH (76.5kN): 25MPa

Testing 9mm XL wedge on a 10 ton jack at 25MPa to check for slippage, cracking and breaking under load.
