At CSI, projects don't just get managed. They get delivered.

The Projects Department is the engine room between a signed contract and a completed structure. Every fabrication schedule, every site coordination call, every milestone - owned, tracked, delivered. This team doesn't flinch; rain, mud, heat, and a schedule that doesn't move. 🧱

Led by Project Director Mark Mulder, with 15 years in construction project management, the standard is simple but hard: fast doesn't mean sacrificing quality.

Alongside Mark, Project Manager Jade Glazer brings the systematic rigour and problem-solving mindset that keeps complex, multi-phase structural steel projects running to plan.

What the Projects team manages:

Programme and schedule from contract award to handover
Cross-functional coordination between Technical, Production, and site teams
Commercial tracking, scope management, and client communication
Risk identification and resolution before they become delays

Structural steel is an exact science. What gets fabricated gets erected, which means getting it right on paper first is non-negotiable. That's what this team does.
