1. Responsibility lies with the buyer for ensuring that the goods supplied are suitable for the required purpose.
3. Any complaints and objections will only be considered if made with in 48 hours concerning goods and services.
4. All goods remain the property of GCB until paid for in full.
5. Our place of business remains the point of sale.
6. Exchange of good will only be considered within 24 hours of purchase.
7. Engines hold a 7 day guarantee against smoking and bearing knock.
8. GCB will not be liable for labour cost or any additional spares required for the part.
9. NO Guarantee on electrical items.
10. No returns & No Refunds
11. IF a credit note is issued it will be valid for strictly 6 months.
12. All parts sold with exchange of the old unit.
13. No guarantee on lack of of oil in the gearbox, diff & engine.
14. All goods left at owners risk.
15. we will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any goods due to natural disaster, e.g: Fire, floods, etc as well as theft.
16. Parts repaired and left for 30 days will be sold to defray expenses.
17. All parts sold with out oil.
