These days, exceptional after\-sales service is becoming harder and harder to find, which is why I feel it’s important to recognise businesses that truly stand by their customers\.
A huge thank you to Ewiks for the incredible support they gave me while I was away camping\.
Imagine being on holiday, ready to move your caravan, only to discover that one of the movers suddenly wasn’t working\. My heart sank\. The biggest worry wasn’t just getting through the rest of the trip—it was knowing that when I got home, I’d have to reverse my caravan into a very tight parking space\. Without the movers, I honestly didn’t know how I was going to manage it\.
I contacted Ewiks expecting that I’d probably have to wait until after the weekend or until I got back home\. Instead, I was assisted by Kyle, who not once missed my call and, when reception was bad, called me back\. He answered my messages promptly and patiently guided me through a series of troubleshooting steps while I was still on the campsite\.
Not once did I feel like I was a nuisance\. Every question was answered, every suggestion was explained, and even when I was feeling stressed, their calm and reassuring manner helped me work through the problem step by step\.
In the end, we found the issue, and the mover was working again\! What a relief\.
The thing that impressed me most wasn’t just that the problem was solved—it was the level of care\. This wasn’t the day after the installation or within some short warranty period\. This was years later, yet I was treated with the same level of attention and respect as if I’d just become a customer\.
That kind of service is incredibly rare these days\. So often, once the sale is done, it’s difficult to get hold of anyone\. Ewiks proved that they genuinely care about their customers long after the invoice has been paid\.
Thank you for going above and beyond\. You’ve earned a customer for life, and I won’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for caravan movers or related products\.
