*Job Description*
We're seeking an Office Administrator, open to candidates from all experience levels, including those new to the field. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our office operations and grow with us. Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating staff meetings.
- Assisting in the management of office supplies and equipment.
- Performing receptionist duties: greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling basic inquiries.
- Supporting travel arrangements and logistics for staff.
- Helping with the preparation of reports and maintenance of records.
*Requirements:*
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of office procedures.
- Interest in the construction and electrical sectors is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or experience is a plus.
