CLIFTON | PROGRESS IN MOTION

Every stage brings Clifton closer to its vision of contemporary living in one of Westville’s most desirable neighbourhoods.

Work continues on site, with the reinforced concrete wall between Unit 3 and Unit 4 taking shape. Designed to function as both a retaining wall and a dividing wall, this structure represents another significant step forward in the development’s construction journey.

Aesthetically designed with careful attention to detail, Clifton blends modern sophistication with the natural beauty of its leafy surroundings. Its tranquil setting, family-friendly convenience, and access to quality amenities and major transport routes offer a lifestyle that balances comfort, elegance, and connectivity.

Thoughtfully designed. Beautifully crafted. Your future at Clifton is taking shape.
