VACANT SALES REPRESENTATIVE GAUTENG (LUBRICANTS & OILS)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in lubricants and oil sales Sector.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of our lubricants and oil products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of five or more years in the lubricants and oil industry. This role is crucial for expanding our market share, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing technical consultative support.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular visits and performance reviews.
• Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical advice on lubricant application, and product selection to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime for clients.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments space to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience within the lubricants and oil industry is mandatory.
• Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding of lubricants, hydraulic fluids, gear oils, greases, and their applications.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Mobility: Ability to travel frequently to client sites within the designated territory.
