Regular Maintenance can prevent costly downtime.
Here are our top tips on to keep your operations running smoothly.💡

1. KEEP YOUR BELT CLEAN 🚿
Debris underneath the belt can cause misalignment and and also pose a health risk in food production as bacteria can harbour on the belt
Tip 💡Install belt scrapers and and skirts

2. ENSURE YOUR ALIGNMENT IS PERFECT
If the belt doesn't run straight it will rub against the structure and get damaged
Tip 💡 Check tracking regularly

3. ROUTINE INSPECTIONS
Regular inspections can detect a fault before it becomes too serious
Tip💡 Pay attention to unusual sounds while your conveyor is running as this might be a sign that the bearings need to be lubricated .

4. MAINTAIN PROPER TENSIONING OF YOUR BELT
If your tensioning is too tight it will put a strain on the belt
