We have been delighted with the multiple Kitamura 4G installations that have been taking place this year, this time into City of Cape Town , complete with unmatched accuracy and repeatability specifications, 15’000rpm spindle, 400mm plate, 60 position ATC, 50m/min rapids, chip conveyer, 8190 block look ahead, 32GB (that’s right Giga Bite) data server, complete with Renishaw Engineering probing.

18 months later, and multiple trips to Taiwan for inspection during the build period at 謙耀工業股份有限公司Kenyou Ind.Co.,Ltd, and we are finally there.

The largest stand alone Vertical Boring machine we have yet sold is ready to be shipped.

Complete with 4500mm turning diameter, 2 x ATC carousels, head changer, Capto system, FANUC South Africa control, Renishaw Engineering probing, mega torque on the twin motors for the table, grinding functions, milling functions, the list of machining capabilities go on and on.
