First set of custom aluminum speaker boxes been checked and accepted before its delivered to the powder coaters.
These 2 are the the smallest 2 out of a set of 4, made from 6000 series 10mm plates, fully welded.
The larger set are the components that can been seen laying on the table in the 1st picture. Its been a interesting project, some new approaches and techniques been used in plate preparation, cutting and machining.

its been a while since we built one of these rounded canopies. This one came out nicely, powder coated Matt black with sliding windows on the gullwings.
These canopies are made from purely aluminum, fully welded frame and a fully welded shell plate. Light weight but very rigid and strong.
