Dr Hannah Rose Abrahams-Crocker completed her MBChB at Stellenbosch University in 2021. She completed her internship at Worcester Hospital, where she developed strong clinical interests in Paediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Mental Health. She then completed her community service year in rural Limpopo, an experience that shaped her approach to medicine and strengthened her ability to work in resource-limited environments while caring for diverse communities.
Dr Abrahams-Crocker has now been running her private GP practice in Mowbray for over a year, where she provides holistic, patient-centered care to individuals and families in the community. She enjoys caring for patients across all stages of life, with a focus on acute illness, chronic lifestyle disease management, mental health, skincare, and paediatric care.
Alongside her work in general practice, she has developed a strong interest in Sports and Exercise Medicine and has recently started her Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Cape Town. Through her work with multiple sporting codes, particularly rugby at school and provincial levels, she has developed a passion for sports injuries, concussion management, and helping athletes return to play safely.
Dr Abrahams-Crocker is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients, supporting them through both everyday health concerns and more complex medical challenges, while helping them stay active and healthy.
