For Dealers - found this on LinkedIn: The internet exposes what a sales person does not know. Often time the buyer has incorrect info from the internet, making product knowledge for the sales person even more vital. Skipping walk arounds or assuming a customer is correctly educated will cost the dealership deals and gross.

Buyers are liars... and the customer is rarely right. It is up to the sales person to educate the buyer and show them why our product is superior to others. This is the difference between a pro and a low income order taker. This can be done ethically and honestly. Know your product.

The internet can make you or break you. Dont let the customer decide which.
