APEX Energy Services getting 2024 off to a rocky start.

Trust is a key component of any successful and productive team. Team members should be able to rely on each other to meet their commitments and maintain high work standards. When team members feel like their work has a purpose, they are more likely to enjoy what they do and are generally more productive.

Because of what we do, we seldom can enjoy combined team building and training exercises. Earlier this month we embarked on an off-road excursion with the team that challenged the group dynamics and joint decision making.

Our team is taking a well-deserved break, but we will be back and ready for 2023!

Apex ES has ended 2022 on a high…… 160m high, specifically! Building and commissioning another 160m mast for the client brings our total to three 160m masts constructed and commissioned this year. Not to mention the seven solar stations installed and commissioned, 14 mast inspections completed in a two-month window and countless call-outs to restore communications for our valued clients, delivered safely and maintaining our safety achievements.

We have no doubt 2023 will see us reaching new heights; we’ll be starting the year the same way we ended 2022, with other mast builds in January. Our teams are on their way home for a well-deserved rest and time with their families before heading out again to service our client's needs. We’re proud of what Apex has achieved this year, and we thank our teams for all their efforts and sacrifices in delivering our projects safely across the whole of South Africa; we couldn’t have done it without you, and we’re excited to get started again in the new year.
