Town & Country, Surveyors & Planners We provide professional service in all matters of Land Surveying & Town Planning, based in the Overberg but work regularly in the Eastern & Northern Cape.

Town & Country is a partnership that was established in February 2006. The practice provides Professional Land Surveying and Town & Regional Planning Services in the Eastern, Northern and Western Cape. We are based in Bredasdorp, Western Cape. Town & Country is a level 4 B-BBEE contributor. We are a small enterprise, currently consisting of only the two partners, Frank Truter and Louna Truter. Tow

n & Country is a registered approved supplier on the centralized Western Cape Supplier Database with a 50% HDI Equity Ownership and is also approved and listed on the Eskom Distribution Vendor
Database for Land Surveying & Town Planning services. Town & Country collaborates regularly with architects, environmental practitioners, consulting engineers and other professionals on projects that require a multi-disciplinary approach. Partners. Frank Truter is a Professional Land Surveyor, studied at University of Cape Town. He obtained the degree B.Sc (Geomatics/Land Surveying) in 2000. He is registered with PLATO & SAGI Western Cape. Louisa (Louna) Truter is a Professional Planner, studied at the University of Stellenbosch. She obtained an Honours degree in Archaeology in 1998 and a Masters degree in Town and Regional Planning in 2000. She is registered at the South African Council for Planners and with the South African Planning Institute. Our mission is to complete all projects on schedule in a professional way while striving to enhance sustainable development and to create a better environment for all. Town & Country over the past 10 years has gain a vast amount of experience in the following fields: Township developments (new housing projects), large topographical surveys for township development & infrastructure development (Rezoning’s, Consent Uses & Departures) and cadastral surveys which involve the subdivision, consolidation and the relocation of property boundaries and the registration of servitudes.
