A client contacted us in November 2025 with a big project we needed to quote. Fast forward a few months and we have started in middle March with the first phase of the project.

The flat has a big issue with damping due to a few different factors. So we started looking in all of them the start getting rid of the damping problem.

We tried a product, damp vent, that is on the market for some time now and have seen a big difference in the first 2 weeks. We have installed a few on the outside and on the inside.

We have replaced all the rotten timber and fitted barged boards and new gutter system. Closed up holes where needed by roof slats with some plaster.

A few places needed some facia boards also.

The roof needed some much needed love. We went through everything and replaced what was needed. Afterwards we started treating the roof and gave it two coats of some new paint and sealing where needed. We did the garage roof also while we were busy with the roof.

We also added a nice little roof from the garage to the door of the granny flat.

We will be starting with the next phase very soon.💪🏼😁

One of our favorite clients, Step Up Rynfield Academy, need some assistance with a storage solution and a sliding gate for their new classroom

We came up with a design to keep all the brooms nice and tidy without moving around. Each broom/mop can stay in its own place. The stand also have some adjustable feet to make it level on any terrain.

We made a nice and steady sliding gate for the new classroom. Came out great and the client is very pleased with everything.👌🏼😁

Believe it or not. We actually do services/maintenance/repairs on vehicles as well.

Our beloved works bakkie needed some TLC on the braking and suspension side.

All new parts list:
* New rear stub axles
* New rear drums
* New bearings at the back
* New rear brake shoes
* New Monroe shocks for the back
* New front ball joints
* New front vented discs
* New front brake pads
* New front wheel bearings
* After a big scare the bakkie received some new tyres all round also with a proper wheel alignment and balancing

Drives like a brand new bakkie now.💪🏼

We have been contacted and asked to assist with a door for a new big inverter room in Vivo, Limpopo area.😁😁😁

We needed to make sure all the doors seals off properly and we made sure the gapping all over is very small for a tight fitment. The door went in without any issues or need pf alterations.💪🏼👌🏼

G.A.P Projects And Maintenance recently undertook work for Step Up Rynfield Academy, focusing on rectifying several maintenance issues with the kids' jungle gym. 👷🏼🪚⚒️

Our tasks included renovating the roof and ladder by removing and replacing old, damaged wood and applying protective treatment to prevent future damage. ⚒️🪵

The tyres was also a bit loose and screws broken. We fitted some new heavy duty screws and big washers to give it extra support.🛞

We also addressed a problem with one of the classroom doors that wouldn't close, finding that a child's wooden block had become stuck between the door and window; we used a wire to safely remove the block and the door is able to close again.🚪

What a fun project the jungle gym was.💪🏼😁

Rynfield Academy, a valued client, required our expertise to address several maintenance concerns.

1. One of the gates was unstable when closed, posing a potential safety hazard. We installed a bracket with guide wheels to ensure the gate's stability and strength.
2. The sliding gate wheel was misaligned, allowing the gate to be easily derailed. We relocated the wheel to the front and added a latch to secure the gate in place and prevent it to be opened by the children
3. We successfully mounted a mirror above a basin in the toilet, exercising caution to avoid damaging the water pipes that was running up behind the tiles.
