Hello Paisa Hello, I hope you are well.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the 10% charge on every cash deposit. This feels extremely high and unfair. To my knowledge, even here in South Africa, banks do not charge a percentage like this on deposits.

Could you please explain the reason for this fee and how it is justified? I would appreciate your clarification on this matter.
