When a customer approached us looking to purchase a DoppiaTrac DR400 track-mounted double-roll crusher, our team took a step back to first understand the application, production requirements, feed material, and budget constraints.

After evaluating the operation, our sales engineer identified an alternative solution that would deliver the desired results more effectively. This latest project includes a BFH560 and conveyor, designed as a site modification to an existing crushing setup. The upgrade introduces a new feed position, giving the customer greater flexibility in their operation while improving material flow through the plant.

One of the key advantages of modular solutions is the ability to implement practical improvements with minimal disruption. This upgrade was designed, built, and prepared for installation in just two weeks, helping the customer achieve operational improvements quickly and efficiently.

Every operation has unique challenges.

One aggregates producer needed to increase production capacity across multiple products while working within the constraints of their existing site and infrastructure.

Our team assessed the operation and identified an opportunity to optimise the plant layout by reconfiguring the existing jaw crusher to feed the processing plant more effectively. The solution also ensured that the various end products could be discharged into strategically positioned stockpiles,
allowing for efficient handling and transportation of high-volume materials.

Importantly, the redesigned layout was configured to fit within the existing site footprint, avoiding the need for significant changes to services or operational infrastructure.

The result?

✅ Increased operational flexibility
✅ Improved material flow throughout the plant
✅ Easier stockpile management and product handling
✅ The ability to efficiently produce one or multiple products as demand requires

When a customer requested that their BFH560 Belt Feed Hopper be capable of operating with a 525V power supply instead of the standard 380V configuration, our team made the modification before the machine left our workshop.

By understanding the site's specific electrical requirements upfront, we were able to eliminate the need for post-delivery modifications, helping the customer avoid unnecessary delays and get the equipment operational sooner.
