Before the fancy footwork, before the goals and highlights… the work starts here. 💪⚽

Small group session focused on the fitness side of the game , building engine, intensity, discipline and that mentality to keep pushing when the legs get heavy. The ball work means nothing if you can’t compete for 90 minutes.

Proud of these youngsters for showing up and putting in the hard yards. No shortcuts at Total Game Mastery… just consistent work, good habits and progression every single week. 📈🔥
