Our latest project pairs A&G Koutsofta Bros' custom flatbed fabrication with SAS High Technology's PALFINGER dealership expertise — built on a 3.5t GVW Renault Master.

The build:
🔧 Custom-fabricated flatbed with drop-side rails
🔧 Bilateral hydraulic side-tipping system, allowing tipping on either side
🔧 Integrated on-board weighing system with real-time load data in the cabin
🔧 PALFINGER MBB V500 LQ tail lift
🔧 In-house developed safety system verifying correct pin engagement before tipping

Every system was engineered to work together on one compact 3.5t chassis — giving the vehicle tipping, weighing, and loading capability usually reserved for much larger trucks.

A few excellent days of technical training at PALFINGER in Austria.

As PALFINGER's exclusive dealer in Cyprus, our team spent the week deepening our technical knowledge of the latest systems, mechanical technology and service procedures, going through the detail directly with the people who build them.

The video is from one of the practical sessions at the end, operating a PALFINGER TEC crane. A small part of the programme, but a good one 😄

The real value comes back home: faster diagnosis, correct repairs and proper support for every PALFINGER crane working on the island, through its whole life, not just the day it's delivered. That's what training like this is for, and it's why we keep investing in it.
