Gas Flow Every great bar runs on two things: great drinks and genuine human connection. That thing is Craft Hospitality. And it's worth protecting. Shaken Cocktails.

Gas Flow makes Craft Hospitality systems — automating the handshaken cocktail build so bartenders can stop racing the shaker and start spending time with their guests. At Gas Flow, we believe the biggest threat to both isn't rising costs or shrinking margins — it's a hospitality industry that keeps asking its people to do more with less, and loses the one thing guests actually come back for in the process. We build Craft Hospitality Technology: automated systems that take over the tasks pulling bartenders away from their guests, so the moments that actually matter — the eye contact, the recommendation, the reason a regular comes back — are never sacrificed to a ticket queue. Our flagship system is a two-phase automated cocktail platform. BatchFlow™ handles the batch — measure, mix, and chill — producing 100 perfect cocktails in under 5 minutes. NitroShaker™ handles the pour — replacing the shake, strain, and cleanup with a pure nitrogen infusion that delivers frothy, consistent perfection in 5 seconds flat. Your bartenders choose the spirit. We handle everything else. Gas Flow is built for high-volume craft bars, hotels, stadiums, and hospitality venues that refuse to choose between speed and quality — because with the right system, you never have to. Ludicrous Speed.

.online had the great honor of introducing .bar to the New York market this past weekend at the finale of one of the most prestigious craft cocktail festivals in the state: the Bar Room Battle Royale at the 13th annual hosted at . It was our first major event outside of the state of Minnesota and was an absolutely incredible experience and a phenomenal way to raise funds for Cancer Support Community. A huge thank you to the insanely talented and culturally driven team at Radio Social. Their hospitality is unmatched and it was an honor to be welcomed by such an impressive team. The handshaken cocktail is one of the most beloved rituals in hospitality.
It's also a 6-step labor bottleneck that's quietly breaking bars everywhere.
Gas Flow was built to fix that.
We've engineered a two-phase automated system that replaces the entire handshaken cocktail build — from batch prep to the finished pour — so your bartenders can stop racing the ticket queue and start doing what they're actually great at: connecting with guests.
Shaken Cocktails. Ludicrous Speed.

The air you are breathing right now is 80% nitrogen. When you handshake a cocktail, you are manually infusing that nitrogen into the drink to give it that proper chill and froth. The shaker tin is iconic, but it is also a 150 year old manual nitro infuser that has never seen an upgrade. Shaking cocktails in modern times is like churning a stick of butter every time someone orders a piece of toast- it's slow, labor intensive and requires skill and experience to do properly. But most importantly, in a busy bar it costs the bartender their most valuable asset: TIME. Time to take orders, run food, drop checks, make eye contact with their guests, engage in conversation and be truly present. Time to deliver the most important thing that people ultimately come to restaurants and bars for: Genuine Hospitality.

Gas Flow is a hyper efficient closed loop system for shaken beverages that is highly customizable and offers premium raw ingredients like all natural espresso concentrate and naturally flavored unrefined cane sugar syrups specifically sourced for their organic ability to hold nitrogen, a high volume batching suite yielding 100 cocktails at a time in 5 minutes, world class nitro infusion for your tap line, and nitro faucets with custom designed tap handles. We offer complimentary beverage program consultation services so that you can take your signature and most popular hand shaken beverages and turn them into the fastest and most consistent drink on your menu so that when sh*t hits the fan and your bar is stacked 3 deep on a Saturday night, your bar team can lean into your signature drinks instead of run away from them. Ultimately, they can get back to focusing what matters most: delivering unforgettable hospitality.
