2024 Audi RS6 4.0L Twin-Turbo — Engine Diagnosis 🔧

The RS6 can handle a lot. But not everything.

This engine came in after severe overheating, and the damage is extensive.

During diagnosis we found:
• Melted and heat-damaged plastic components
• Broken timing chain on one bank
• Bent valves
• Damaged camshaft adjuster
• Camshaft seized on one bank
• No compression across the cylinders

This is what severe overheating and extreme engine stress can lead to.

🐿️ 2008 Toyota Sienna | Check Engine Light Mystery Solved 🚐

This Toyota Sienna with only 89,000 miles came in with a Check Engine Light and engine misfire.

During inspection, we discovered an unexpected problem:

🍂 Air filter packed with debris
🐿️ Squirrel nest inside the air intake system
😬 Air filter partially chewed

We cleaned the intake system, replaced the air filter, spark plugs, oil, and filters.

🚨 2021 Audi SQ7 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 | Engine Repair Completed 🚨

This Audi SQ7 arrived at our shop with a Check Engine Light and a misfire on cylinder 6.

After a thorough diagnosis and engine disassembly, we found excessive wear on the exhaust camshaft lobe for cylinder 6, causing improper valve operation and engine misfires.

✅ Replaced exhaust camshaft
✅ Replaced rocker arms
✅ Replaced lifters

The engine was then reassembled, installed back into the vehicle, and thoroughly tested to verify proper operation.

🔥 The 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 is now back on the road and performing exactly the way Audi engineered it.
