A) Floor Finishing Work
- လုပ်ငန်း procedure အကြမ်းဖျင်းနဲ့ ပါဝင်တဲ့ အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material ရဲ့ Quality နဲ့ အများဆုံးဘယ်လောက်ဈေးနှုန်းအထိအသုံးပြုလို့ရတယ်ဆိုတဲ့အချက်အလက်အသေအချာထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Decoration လုပ်ပေးမဲ့ Design ရဲ့ Attached photo ပါထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Material Sample Board တခုမှာ Floor Finishing Work အတွက် ကိုယ်အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material sample တွေကို installation လုပ်ပြီး Client ကိုတခါတည်းပြပေးရပါမယ်။

အလားတူပဲ Marble & Granite အစစ်ချင်းတူညီရင်တောင် အရောင် ၊ အကြော ၊ ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့နိုင်ငံပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး price difference ရှိတာမို့ Quotation မှာအသေးစိတ်သတ်မှတ်ချက်ထည့်သွင်းရေးသားပေးထားရပါမယ်။ ✓✓
B) Wall Finishing Work
- လုပ်ငန်း procedure အကြမ်းဖျင်းနဲ့ ပါဝင်တဲ့ အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material ရဲ့ Quality နဲ့ အများဆုံးဘယ်လောက်ဈေးနှုန်းအထိအသုံးပြုလို့ရတယ်ဆိုတဲ့အချက်အလက်အသေအချာထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Decorated Wall တွေရဲ့ Measurements Detail ပါရပါမယ်။
- Decoration လုပ်ပေးမဲ့ Design ရဲ့ Attached photo ပါထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Material Sample Board တခုမှာ Wall Finishing Work အတွက် ကိုယ်အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material sample တွေကို installation လုပ်ပြီး Client ကိုတခါတည်းပြပေးရပါမယ်။

D) Fixed Furniture Work
- Furniture ရဲ့ Detailed Dimensions & အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material ရဲ့ thk , Top finished coating , Quality , etc သတ်မှတ်ချက်အသေးစိတ်ထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Furniture ရဲ Design photo ကို Attached photo အနေနဲ့ထည့်ပေးထားရပါမယ်။
- Material Sample Board တခုမှာ Furniture Work အတွက် ကိုယ်အသုံးပြုပေးမဲ့ material sample တွေကို installation လုပ်ပြီး Client ကိုတခါတည်းပြပေးရပါမယ်။

1) DM , BE & BQ S*t များသည် Client ထံတင်ပြသည့် Quotation Book တွင်ထည့်သွင်းဖေါ်ပြပေးရန်မလိုအပ်ပါ။
2) Client တောင်းဆိုချက်အရ Quotation type သည် Room by Room ( All Topic Summary) , Same Work Top Summary for overall area , အစရှိသဖြင့် ပုံစံအမျိုးမျိုးပြောင်းလွယ် ပြင်လွယ်ဖြစ်စေရန် နှင့် Filter စစ်ထုတ်ပြီး data ရွေးထုတ်ရလွယ်စေရန် DM State စတင်ချိန်တည်းက Information ထည့်ရာတွင်ချိန်ဆထည့်ထားသင့်သည်။
3 ) Client မှလုပ်ငန်းအပ်နှံပြီးပါက လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ BQ ထုတ်ပေးနိုင်သည်။
4) Project တခုလုံး၏ Payment term ခွဲဝေမှု % သည် Quotation တွင်ပါဝင်သော လုပ်ငန်းခွဲ topic များနှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေရှိရမည်။
