为食健康（8）：如何有效清理砧板？
砧板用久了，長期刀切都會產生刀痕，刀痕裡面很容易卡著油污、肉屑等等，如果沒把砧板清洗乾淨，做料理時吃起來怎麼安心呢~

只要用鹽巴就可以清潔砧板，簡單又方便喔!可在砧板灑上大量鹽巴，再用乾淨的菜瓜布帶動鹽巴，即可刷淨砧板。如果砧板有異味，可用醋或檸檬汁清洗來消除。
