Dave Clarke's Home Brewing Pleasure - it is beer. Discomfort - it is an expedition. - Mesopotamian Proverb c. 2000 BCE Red tea in a red ale? Sure why not!

It all began when best friends told David Clarke "I bet you could make great beer". In July 2011, David found a Groupon deal on brewing equipment and an Irish Red Ale kit from Midwest & posted it on Facebook. A child hood friend was generous enough to buy it for him and demanded liquid compensation in exchange. Since July 2011, David Clarke has experimented with wild ideas much like a mad scientist. Sam Hobbs, CEO of Twin Lakes in Greenville, DE was blown away by the idea during a tour of his brewery. In mid August, David visited Twin Lakes again for a professional beer critique of the first brew. Needless to say, Sam Hobbs and all of the guests were impressed. Ever since, the expedition into uncharted territory continues, producing an ongoing metamorphosis for himself and those willing to join.
