Position: Welder / Fabricator
Pay Rate is based on performance,experience and skill
Job Type: Full-Time 40-50 plus hours a week with over time offered

We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, laying out structural components, and executing quality welds.
Your role is not strictly limited to the bulleted list, and you may be asked to handle other tasks or "duties as assigned."
Key Responsibilities:
* Read and interpret structural steel/metal shop drawings and blueprints.
* Perform MIG/Stick welding on carbon steel. TIG stainless/aluminum is a plus
* Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication machinery (saws, grinders,ect)
* Perform self-inspection of work to meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.
